ED Custom Profile Help

This is my first time posting, so hello everybody 

I have an idea for an ED custom profile and its the main reason im here is to see what i can do or if it is even possible to create such a thing.

So idea is to create a command that can read when another ship has me targeted or is in range to be viewed on radar. I play a lot of DCS and i want my ship in ED to make the ping sounds when im in range of the radar but not locked then another ping sound when i am locked. This would help me a lot when playing the game if it would work. Also sorry if my explanation is hard to understand DCS World is the best way to describe where im getting the idea from.

Like i said im new to the forums so if anybody could point me in the direction of some helpful documentation or other related posts that would also be highly appreciated.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible to do in Elite Dangerous because the game itself doesn't make that information available to us.
