VA Profile for Star Citizen - CEDAR

I created a Voice Attack profile for Star Citizen which should be able to handle the majority of the ship systems. I still have some additional features I'm developing and I still need to do a thorough playtest to get the last few bugs out, but I figured you guys might like to see what VA can do
