Program wont start, crashes

For some reason the program keep crashing, it wont allow me to get into the software.
I've attached a file with the error message, see if any of you know what cause it.

What is the rest of the exception that you are getting?  Is it the Date/Time exception?

Can you do me a huge favor and try the beta out:  http://www.voiceattack.com/beta  Seems to be stable (and a lot are using it).

There is some more handling in there to help with that type of exception.

The main cause of this exception is when users launch VA in one language and then run VA again in another language.

Tried the beta version, but I get the same error lines.
It's a shame I really wanted to try out this software.
