Suppress log display
« on: April 18, 2017, 11:50:20 AM »
Tried looking, and if it's not a thing, not big deal, but is there a way to tell a particular command to NOT show in the log? I've got one that calls an external program repeatedly, and every call to it shows in the log.

Have you tried the, 'Enable Log Quiet Mode' option?  It's on the Options screen > System/Advanced tab.

Hoping that does what you need.

Hmmm, I knew that was there, but never looked hard at it. It's sort of the opposite route I was thinking, as it quietens all the commands, but with the "write to log" enabled I guess if I need anything to stand out I can make it.

Probably the correct route would be for me to write a plugin rather than just calling an exe, but such are hacks. :)

Thanks Gary. It'll work, or at least stop the mad scrolling on the side screen.
