Toggle Listen and multiple profiles?

Trying to set up a Joystick button for push to listen, release to not listen for only one game. Can I do this in a profile or is it only available in the global settings?

If it is something that can be in a profile can someone explain how? I'm hoping this is possible because I don't want to have to go in and change the global settings everytime I change games on top of changing the profiles.

• Click
• Click the "Profile Hotkeys" tab
• Check "Override  Joystick Recognition Button"
• Click the "..." button under that
• Check "Enable joystick global buttons"
• Press the button on your controller you want to map
• Select the "VoiceAttack listens while buttons are down" radio button
• Click OK
• Click OK
• Click Done

You now have a profile-only PTT button.
