[v1.5.8.18] Unhandled Exception when cancelling a new command

Replication:

• Edit Profile
• New Command
• Cancel New Command
• Exception Thrown

Noted to occur with some profiles but not others, further testing indicates "Group by Category" is on when the exception occurs.

When toggling "Group by Category" on, an exception is only thrown if the command list is first closed(using either "Done" or "Cancel") and reopened.

Ah... Ok.  I was able to reproduce this.  It's fixed now and will be in the next release.

Tested with v1.5.8.19, with the exact same profile as v1.5.8.18 and using the same steps(verified in .18 before installation): Appears to be fixed.
