From what I've gathered in all of your posts, you have a Danish Windows installation and have installed the English speech pack, right? Without having to go back through posts, did you follow the steps outlined here:

or did you do this in some other way? You also might want to check out this thread to make sure your audio input is set up:

If you got the speech engine in by some other way that required manual registry settings or some other manual method, chances are it's NOT installed properly and is outside the scope of this forum (I would still look at the audio input thread, though).

well thanks for answer.
but first of i installed the speech engine via this way.
https://zulja.wordpress.com/2015/08/11/installing-additional-language-packs-for-windows-10-speech-recognition/
and secondly the sound link.
is it for win 10 ?
it says "Control Panel and choose the Speech Recognition applet. Click on the, 'Advanced speech options' link"
when i go into settings and choose time and language. and then speech. there is no advanced. ? and this it the closest i can get to discribed. since the other stuff isent there. so maybe that link is for win 7 ? or some other. ?
but as said i have the engine installed. and the voice attack. got installed and "works". and i installed ANNA.
into it. as choosen profile. and it dosnet pick up eny sound that i know of.
So im back to my original question of hwo do i see if it even hears me ? how to make a sound test in VA ?

another thing i just found out.
im using a headset. into a asus xonar U5. and and it has a butten to switch from headset to speakers.
and when my PC starts up its set for PC. but it seems it still listened....
so i got sound out my speakers. but AC listen... and there was a red mic at top. saying i belive there wasent a mic.
and at bottem there was like a sound peak meter thing. so it can work. and hear me.
So i then swithced to headset. and the red mic disapeard. but it couldent hear me enymore.
so maybe the its the xonar. or something. its wierd.
ill be back... with a update when i find out more.

In the control panel, in the top-right, change from, 'category' to, 'small' icons. You will see the speech recognition icon then. This is the same for 7, 8 and 10.

well there seems to be atleast 2 types. of control panels. so finaly found the usefull one..
and a friend installed english usa. OS language on it.
so now i can train the speech reconition... so thats nice.. hopefully it will work now
btw. go get to the usefull control panel. right click on th ewin symbol in start bar.
i didnt know i could but its wery usefull. and nice to learn new stuff.
Becouse opening the start bar and clicking control panel get you the dumbed down version. its useless.
