VoiceAttack Timestamp Logger
« on: September 29, 2020, 10:58:44 PM »
No more scrubbing through hours of livestream footage looking for what you want. Yay!

This VoiceAttack profile makes a .txt file containing timestamps and, if desired, timestamp notes, on command. You can (should) link it with the keybinds or commands you use to Start and Stop your video recordings. If it's Windows DVR, OBS, or even a workout livestream on social media, VoiceAttack Timestamp Logger will give you a hand. This tool can be extremely useful for people who livestream and want to later edit their video later and post it to a video site.

Example output:
Code: [Select]
2020-9-30 13-36-29 - Recording Started
00.00:00:09 - Timestamp - let's get this started
00.00:00:31 - Timestamp - phase two
00.00:00:40 - Timestamp
00.00:00:50 - Timestamp - pay attention to this
00.00:01:06 - Timestamp - increase audio level
00.00:01:19 - Timestamp - is this a rocket launcher
00.00:01:29 - Timestamp - whoops
00.00:01:31 - Timestamp
00.00:01:34 - Total Recording Time
2020-9-30 13-38-04 - Recording Stopped

Please feel free to ask questions, comments, concerns, anything! Huge thank you to the members of the VoiceAttack who helped me out with this.

Notes:
-Instructions are in the VoiceAttack profile
-The format for the timestamps is days.hours:minutes:seconds (Yes, days. Gotta keep those endurance racers in mind.)
-The profile is attached to this post. Import the .vax file as you would a .vap file.
