Hi,
attached is my (updated 13 June) profile for Elite:Dangerous Horizon's using VoiceAttack with the HCS-Verity pack (although it'll also be a good guide for people using TTS).

It does work mostly with VoiceAttack 1.5.8 but I did have issues with it. It seem much more reliable using Beta 1.5.8.23 or higher, set to Always-on-top.

It has some context tracking to avoid executing some commands when you looking at a map and track toggles etc. If these get out of sync (which they do from time to time - there's no API published for Elite that I know of) there are some reset commands and a debug command.
