Registration and/or payment

I can not believe that I am writing this but here I go

1) I am incappable of getting a registration code.

2) I am unable to purchase this product - It will not take my card and I do not want to create a paypal account for purchase

Is there anyone that can help me out on this one?

Strange - PayPal does accept credit card payments without a PayPal account.  Is there a problem with the card?
